1. Acceptance of Terms of Use

2. Account Creation and Security
To use ae111's services, you are required to register and open a personal account. Each individual is only permitted to hold one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.
During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, a valid phone number, and any other details required for identity verification. ae111 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents at any time to ensure compliance with its user verification policy.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. ae111 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact ae111 support immediately.

3. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Activities
As an ae111 user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. You are not permitted to use the ae111 platform for any activity that is illegal, fraudulent, or harmful to other users.
The use of automation software, bots, scripts, or any tools designed to manipulate the betting, gaming, or promotions systems is strictly prohibited. ae111 employs advanced detection technology to identify the use of such tools, and any account found to be in violation of this policy will be closed immediately, with any remaining balance subject to forfeiture.
You are also prohibited from attempting to access any part of the platform you are not authorised to use, distributing harmful content or disrupting platform operations, and sharing or reselling access to your ae111 account to any third party for any reason.
4. Payments, Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the ae111 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). ae111 supports a range of local payment methods, including online bank transfers, DuitNow, and e-wallets available on the platform. Successfully processed deposits will be credited to your account balance within the stipulated timeframe, depending on the payment method used. ae111 is not responsible for any delays caused by banks or third-party payment service providers.
For withdrawals, users are required to complete the identity verification process before their first withdrawal request can be processed. ae111 reserves the right to request supporting documents prior to approving any withdrawal as a security and compliance measure. Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through fraud or a breach of these terms will result in the account being frozen and further action being taken.

Users access the ae111 platform at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring that their connection and devices are functioning properly.

All content on the ae111 platform — including logos, interface design, text, images, software code, and brand names — is the exclusive property of ae111 or its relevant licensors.
